Multi works hand in hand with the Trump Organization as well as with the Investor Group on a day-to-day basis with respect to the financial profile and condition of the transaction.
Beginning in 2004 Multi was engaged in raising capital on behalf of a development firm located in Florida. After the successful execution of the initial plan, "Viking Inlet Harbor Partners" (VIHP) was born as Bob & Bill Healey, owners of Viking Yachts entered into the new Joint Venture.
The goal for VIHP was to win the national public 858 Acre RFP for the Master Re-Development of Riviera Beach Fl. This goal was notably achieved.
Today, Multi together with its client and VIHP, work hand in hand on the 7 year Master Development project.
