Eli Verschleiser, Founding Partner

Eli Verschleiser serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Multi Group of Companies, where he has overseen a private real estate investment banking firm specializing in sourcing complex financial solutions for its client base. Through his companies Mr. Verschleiser has been involved in over $6 Billion of real estate transactions.

In addition to his investment banking activities, Mr. Verschleiser has developed commercial and residential projects in the New York City for his own account, was responsible for the Trump tower Philadelphia transaction, and winning the national public 858 Acre RFP for the Master Re-Development of Riviera Beach Florida.

Mr. Verschleiser has sold more than $300 million in office building contracts which he purchased on properties nationwide.

Mr. Verschleiser has built long standing professional relationships with key financial institutions including commercial banks, conduits, pension funds, equity funds and insurance companies, in addition to major developers and investors throughout the U.S and abroad, upon whom he calls to joint venture with him and finance projects undertaken by him and his clients.

Mr. Verschleiser attended NYU Real Estate Institute (REI).

Lawrence J. Longua, Senior Managing Director

Lawrence J. Longua is the Senior Managing Director of Multi Capital Group, and a Clinical Associate Professor in the Masters at The Real Estate Program of the Real Estate Institute, New York University.

Mr. Longua has over 35 years of commercial real estate having held senior positions in the real estate units of major commercial banks, both foreign and domestic. Prior to joining Multi Capital, Larry's positions and responsibilities included lending, debt resolution, syndication and participation sales, and whole loan placement. These institutions include Chemical Bank, Irving Trust Company, Bankers Trust Company and The Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation.

Mr. Longua received a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Economics from Fairfield University and Masters in Business Administration degree from Dowling College, completed the Harvard University Advanced Management Course, and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society in Business Administration.

Mr. Longua's professional and community activities include or have included, Co-director of NYU REIT Center, Real Estate Institute Appraisal Advisory Council, Adjunct Faculty, Stern Business School MBA Program, Director of Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) from 1993 (IPO) to 2004, Former president and current member of the Board of Governors at The Mortgage Bankers Association of New York, Chairman of MBA of New York Scholarship Foundation, Former member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Foreign Investors in U.S. Real Estate (AFIRE), Board of Directors of the Long Island Chapter of the Catholic League for Religious Rights, Advisory Board of New Horizons, Inc., an advocacy organization for severely disabled.

Mr. Longua oversees the debt and equity placement on behalf of Multi Capital and its clients.

Steven Vegh, Managing Partner

Steven has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in both real estate sales and finance.Steven, previously at a top 5 brokerage firm in New York City was responsible for closing hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial sales and finance structures. Steven is best known for his integrity with clients and bankers that has led to building his strong relationship with.

Dov Shimano, Chief Operating Officer

With over fifteen years in the Real Estate, Banking and Finance industries, Dov brings operational experience from both the Mortgage Lending, Title Insurance and High Technology perspectives. Focusing on the business processes from operational flow and the use of technology to business development and strategic planning, Dov crafts the strategic directions for existing businesses, as well as identifying and expanding new business opportunities.

Mr Shimano recently was Chief Operating Officer for a national Title Insurance underwriter and was responsible for 200+ personnel.

Kevin Moore, Chief Information Officer

Mr. Moore has an extensive background in Enterprise Information Technology Development and management. He possess a total of 20+ years experience in full Enterprise Systems Development Life Cycle consulting in the Financial Services and Internet industry in the role of a senior level management for multiple software projects and system implementations. He has experience in design, engineering and Information System architectures. He started at IBM Corporation in 1986 where he served as a System Engineer till 1992. After Leaving IBM he spent the next fifteen years as an Information Technology consultant, implementing Three-Tier client server transactional processing systems at financial institutions such as Chase JP Morgan, Citibank, Ernst & Young, Fannie Mae as well as Media Companies such as NBC Universal Studio's and Major League Baseball. His most recent role is that of a Technical Project Manager, managing an enterprise system/application integration and merger between the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Mr. Moore past employment opportunities has allowed him to sharpen his skills in areas of Enterprise Financial software Engineering, Data modeling, Client Server development, Web Architectures, Change and Release Management, as well as technical leadership. He has worked on teams of multiple sizes and projects of various complexities. While a leader at Scient corporation he was responsible for planning and implementing Technical Strategies, for eBusiness technology infrastructures he deployed his technical leadership and experience across some of Scient's top tier Cliental such as Major League Baseball (MLB.com), and HotWire.com.

In addition he is an associate professor at Pratt Institute's digital media center where he teaches mobile application development and other technology related courses. Mr. Moore is a highly motivated and focused individual professionally and posses a strong technical knowledge of Enterprise technology strategies and operational procedures.
